No Smoking (Evidence will result in a $1000 fine)
No Drugs/Illegal Activity (Evidence will result in a $2500 fine & Contacting the Authorities)
No Pets (Evidence will result in a $500 fine)
Please Respect the Property
(Accidents happen, but if there is evidence of misuse, you will be charged for damage.)

The space
We charge $150 per night for pool heating and will preheat the before your arrival (upon request). Please let us know at least a week prior to your stay if you decide to heat the pool. Please note that heating cannot be selected for just one or two days; it must be for the full reservation. However, we'd like to set your expectations that the pool temperature will continue to be determined by the weather temperature, as this is a contributing factor if the heat reaches its limit.

Full Refund on cancellations within 48 hours of booking.
50% Refund up to 2 weeks before your booking.
Within 2 weeks of your stay, no refunds will be given for cancellations. Reach out for accommodation concerns, we will do our best to help!

Refunds will take 5-10 business days through Stripe.

Quiet, family friendly neighborhood.
Getting around
There is one driveway spots available as well as street parking. The garage is currently used as a makeup room and will not be available to park vehicles.

Additionally, there are rideshare services available, that include Uber, Lyft and Waymo. Waymo is an awesome futuristic rideshare experience where the vehicles are electric, driverless vehicles. Basically an Uber without the driver!
